Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These terms apply when using ARCHAI, the AI assistant service for WhatsApp that responds and books appointments on behalf of the business that contracts it. By using the service you accept these terms.
1. What the service is
ARCHAI configures and operates an AI assistant that handles WhatsApp on behalf of your business: it answers your customers' questions, qualifies prospects, and books appointments on your calendar based on the information and policies you provide us.
2. The assistant can make mistakes
The assistant replies based on the information you loaded and can make mistakes. It is your business's responsibility to periodically review conversations and correct the configuration data when needed.
ARCHAI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. The assistant should not be used as a substitute for those professional services.
3. Your obligations as a client
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information about your business, hours, prices, and policies.
- Have the legitimate right to use and share the data you upload to the platform (catalogs, contacts, images, etc.).
- Comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta's usage policies when operating your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use ARCHAI to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Do not use it to distribute illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not impersonate another person or company through the assistant.
5. Service availability
We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available on a continuous basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be maintenance windows, third-party outages (WhatsApp, Google, AI providers), or failures outside our control.
6. Cancellation
Either you or ARCHAI may terminate the service at any time, per what was commercially agreed between the parties.
When the relationship ends, we stop operating your assistant and, if you request it, delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
ARCHAI will not be liable for indirect losses or damages arising from use of the assistant beyond the fees actually paid for the service in the corresponding period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
